Proctor Art Gallery

Proctor Art Gallery is located in Tacoma, Washington, specifically within the heart of the city's Proctor Business District, not Gig Harbor, Idaho. It was established in 2009 by Carolyn Burt and Chuck Gourley, and later purchased in 2016 by local jewelry designer Pamela Phelps. The gallery highlights work from artists across Tacoma, the Puget Sound, and the wider Pacific Northwest region.

The gallery presents a variety of mediums and styles. Visitors can explore oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings, along with scratchboard art, fused glass, woodworking, and metal pieces. The collection also includes jewelry, pottery, sculpture, and art cards. The offerings are refreshed regularly.

Proctor Art Gallery aims to provide a friendly and personalized experience, with one of their artists always available to help with selections and answer questions. The gallery also offers a layaway program for those interested in purchasing art.

The gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
