Apprentice Academy

Apprentice Academy, founded by professional artist Mardie Rees and Jeremy Broderick in 2015, provides art education in Gig Harbor, Washington. The school offers private lessons, workshops, and summer art camps for both youth and adults. Curriculum focuses on the fundamentals of sculpture, drawing, and painting, taught in an encouraging atmosphere.

Mardie Rees, a professional sculptor with over two decades of experience, leads the instruction. The studio is located near the Purdy Spit, offering natural light and glimpses of Henderson Bay. Apprentice Academy serves students from the Gig Harbor Peninsula, Key Peninsula, Tacoma, Port Orchard, Olalla, and Bremerton.
