Hales Pass Park

Hales Pass Park, managed by PenMet Parks, spans approximately 3.7 acres and features a range of amenities for community use and events. The centerpiece is the historic Arletta Schoolhouse, built in 1938 and renovated in 2022, which is available for rent. This two-room venue includes a catering kitchen, restrooms, tables, and seating for up to 60 chairs, making it suitable for birthday parties, family reunions, and other gatherings with a capacity of 75 people.

Beyond the schoolhouse, the park provides a large outdoor covered pavilion and picnic shelter, also available for separate or combined rentals. Visitors can enjoy a small baseball field (also known as Arletta Playfield), two outdoor tennis courts (lined for pickleball), and unmarked forest pathways for leisurely walks. The park is open daily from 7 AM to dusk, and dogs are welcome on a leash.
