Evergreen State Brewing Co. took over the former Gig Harbor Brewing in March 2025, with new owner Matthew Burnett at the helm. The brewery is dedicated to Washington State, naming its beers after local places and legends, and committed to brewing and sourcing ingredients locally. You can find beers like the 29 Tribes red ale, which supports Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, and Harry Henderson, a brown ale that nods to Sasquatch sightings.

The Gig Harbor taproom, located on Harborview Drive, provides a comfortable setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. Patrons can enjoy scenic views of the Gig Harbor marina. While Evergreen State Brewing Co. focuses on its craft beer selection, visitors are welcome to bring food from nearby establishments to enjoy with their drinks.

The brewery's commitment extends to community involvement, supporting other local businesses and charitable causes. The Gig Harbor location also offers private event bookings, accommodating up to 50 guests inside and 20-30 outside, ideal for various gatherings.
