MilkMan Roasters Coffee

MilkMan Roasters Coffee began in 2019 with a focus on making coffee taste as good as it can. Owner Zach Tanner, a roast master with over a decade of experience, established the cafe's permanent home in the lobby of the Penmet Parks Recreation Center in September 2022. They source green coffee beans from small farms around the world, selecting them based on flavor profiles and cupping scores.

The roasting process involves small batches to ensure optimal flavor. MilkMan Roasters offers a range of roasts from light to dark, sometimes blending them to achieve a specific taste. Their selection includes single-origin beans and unique blends like a Bourbon Infused Blend, known for notes of chocolate, bourbon, and brown sugar. Customers can also find offerings such as Colombia Narino del Patron with fruity and chocolate notes, and Big Angry Espresso for a bold flavor profile.

Beyond the cafe, MilkMan Roasters Coffee provides local delivery within Gig Harbor, Washington. They also ship roasted coffee throughout the United States. The cafe is open seven days a week, starting at 7 AM Monday through Friday and 8 AM on weekends.
