Iscreamery, Gig Harbor

Iscreamery is known for its small batch ice cream, handcrafted in Gig Harbor, Washington. They make their ice cream bases from scratch, along with all the cookies, brownies, fudge, caramels, brittles, and jams used in their flavors. Since opening, Iscreamery has created over 140 different flavors, with options rotating seasonally.

Beyond ice cream, Iscreamery also offers savory items from its "Hole in the Wall" kitchen. The menu includes smash burgers with all-beef patties, classic and specialty hot dogs like the Chicago Dog and Rainier Dog, and fries cooked in 100% beef tallow. They also offer milkshakes blended from any of their ice cream flavors.

The business started in October 2021, operating from the back room of Brimstone PNW Smokehouse. Iscreamery has since moved to its own dedicated location at 7806 Pioneer Way in downtown Gig Harbor. Owners Katie Doherty and Thad Lyman also operate other local Gig Harbor restaurants.
