Uva Furem Winery Tasting Room Tacoma is located at 2221 North 30th Street in Tacoma, Washington. This boutique winery opened on April 1, 2020, becoming the 1000th winery established in Washington State. It is also recognized as the nation's only registered 100% disabled veteran-owned winery, founded by Air Force veteran brothers Jens and T.J. Hansen.

Winemaker Jens Hansen creates hand-crafted, artisan selections from grapes sourced across various Washington State AVAs. The winery focuses on low-intervention practices, allowing the quality of the Washington grapes to be prominent. Their wine names often reflect military humor and traditions, adding a unique narrative to each bottle. Examples of wines previously offered include Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Viognier, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Chenin Blanc.

Visitors to the Tacoma tasting room can expect a personal and conversational tasting experience, providing insight into the winemaking philosophy behind each release. Current tasting room hours are Wednesday 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Thursday and Friday 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm - 7:30 pm, and Sunday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
