Spa Serein is situated in the Silver Cloud Hotel at the Point Ruston Waterfront, providing a serene escape. The spa's name, 'Serein,' refers to a fine mist falling from a cloudless sky at sunset, aiming to evoke a sense of peace. Upon arrival, guests are provided with luxurious robes and sandals. Facilities include showers, lockers, infrared saunas in both men's and women's lounges, a relaxation lounge, and complimentary beverages and light snacks.

The spa offers a variety of services including massages, body treatments, facials, waxing, and hand and foot treatments. Their treatments utilize sustainably harvested, organic ingredients from the sea and earth. Each spa treatment begins with a short ritual called 'Rituals from the Sound,' featuring aromatic inhalation and the soothing sound of chimes.

Massage options range from relaxation and deep tissue to prenatal and specialized treatments like the Deep Forest Lava & Glacial Stone Massage or Puget Sound's Salt Stone Massage. Facial services include the Classic Hydrafacial™ and a Signature Custom Facial, among others. Body treatments feature cocoons such as the Re-Mineralizing Lavender Marine Cocoon and the Puget Sound Firming Body Cocoon, along with scrubs and wraps.

Spa Serein recommends advanced bookings for appointments. Spa treatments are available for guests 18 years and older, with guests over 16 able to enjoy massage and facial services when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The spa is closed on Tuesdays.
