Finholm View Climb

The Finholm View Climb is a set of 100 stairs providing a pedestrian link from North Harborview Drive to Franklin Avenue in Gig Harbor, Washington. This half-mile ascent offers panoramic views of Gig Harbor, its marina, and on clear days, Mount Rainier. Public restrooms and a drinking fountain are available at the base of the climb.

The multi-platform design includes several view stops and benches along the way, providing places to rest and take in the scenery. The project was dedicated in July 1999 by the Gig Harbor Lions Club. It is named in honor of Ed and Johnny Finholm, who were proprietors of a long-standing local market.

Located near Anthony's restaurant, the climb also features individual donor plaques on its wooden steps, showcasing local family names. Visitors can find parking on the street or in a nearby public lot.
