Wilkinson Farm Park

Wilkinson Farm Park, officially known as Helen Independence Wilkinson Farm City Park, offers 16 acres of natural landscape in Gig Harbor, Washington. Acquired by the city in 2001, the park serves as a connection to the area's agricultural history. Visitors can find dog-friendly trails that wind through woods and meadows, including an old holly orchard.

The park is home to a community garden with 46 raised beds available for rent, providing a space for local gardeners. This garden also dedicates a significant area to growing produce for the Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH food bank. Amenities include a greenhouse, benches, on-site parking, and a handicapped accessible portapotty.

Wilkinson Farm Park provides direct access to the Cushman Trail, a 6.2-mile paved multi-use path suitable for walkers, runners, and cyclists. The historic Wilkinson barn, built in 1914, is listed on Washington State's register of historic barns, though the homestead buildings are generally private or awaiting stabilization for future public access.
